Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RE:LIVE 3D collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Hive by RE:LIVE 3D mobile application, the RE:LIVE 3D website, and the application programming interfaces and related services that support them.

1. Scope and who we are

RE:LIVE 3D ("RE:LIVE 3D," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom 3D figurine creation and ordering services. This policy applies to:

  • the Hive by RE:LIVE 3D application for iOS and Android ("Hive");
  • the website at relive3d.com;
  • our APIs, account services, customer support, and order communications; and
  • information submitted in connection with bookings, purchases, pickup, or delivery.

This policy does not govern third-party websites, app stores, payment services, or platforms that have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact information

We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, password or other authentication information, profile details, and customer support correspondence. Passwords are stored in protected, hashed form rather than as readable text.

Photos, files, and customization details

When you create a figurine or request a service, you may upload photographs, generated images, reference files, descriptions, clothing or pose preferences, event details, and other customization instructions. Hive accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or select a photo and grant the relevant device permission.

About face photos

We use submitted photos to create and fulfill the custom product or service you request. We do not use your photos to identify you through facial recognition, build biometric profiles, or train public artificial intelligence models.

Order, delivery, and payment information

We collect product selections, order items, prices, vouchers, transaction status, payment method, payment reference, pickup or delivery choice, delivery address, and order history. Payment card, bank, or wallet credentials are processed by the payment provider you select. We generally receive confirmation, reference, and status information rather than your complete payment credentials.

Messages and service activity

We collect messages exchanged with our team, booking inquiries, product reviews or approvals, and the actions needed to create, print, deliver, and support your order.

Device, API, and technical information

When Hive or the website communicates with our APIs, we may automatically receive IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, browser type, request date and time, requested endpoint, response status, authentication and security events, and diagnostic logs. We also collect a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token if you enable push notifications.

Website inquiries

If you use our website inquiry form, we collect the name, email, mobile number, requested event date and time, and project details that you submit.

3. How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • create and manage your account and authenticate API requests;
  • provide product browsing, customization, ordering, pickup, and delivery features;
  • create 3D models and manufacture the personalized products you request;
  • process transactions and maintain payment and order records;
  • send confirmations, receipts, production updates, and push or email notifications;
  • answer inquiries, provide support, and resolve disputes;
  • operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Hive, our website, and APIs;
  • detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of our terms; and
  • comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your personal information or uploaded photos for third-party targeted advertising.

4. App permissions and notifications

Depending on the features you use, Hive may request access to:

  • Camera and photo library: to capture or select reference images for an order;
  • Notifications: to send account, payment, order, and production updates; and
  • Files or storage: to select files you intentionally upload or save content you request.

You can change these permissions in your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but it will not prevent you from using unrelated features.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Cloud and storage providers. We use hosted infrastructure and storage services, including Supabase services, to operate our databases and store authorized uploads.
  • Notification and communication providers. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications and email service providers to send transactional messages.
  • Payment providers. Transaction information is shared with the payment option you select, which may include Maya, GCash, PayPal, or another supported provider.
  • Production, delivery, and professional service providers. We may share the information reasonably necessary to produce or deliver your order, maintain our systems, prevent fraud, or obtain legal and accounting support.
  • Authorities and legal recipients. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, property, and service integrity.
  • Business transfers. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and under their applicable agreements and privacy obligations.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, complete and support orders, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of record and the reason it is kept.

Uploaded photos and project files may be retained while an order is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support reprints, customer service, dispute resolution, and operational backups. You may ask us to delete eligible files sooner. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups cycle out.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, access controls, protected connections, and security monitoring. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. International processing

Our service providers may process information in the Philippines, the United States, or other countries where they operate. These locations may have data-protection laws different from those in your location. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and processing involved.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, a copy of, restriction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.

  • Update available account information through Hive or by contacting us.
  • Disable push notifications in Hive or your device settings.
  • Decline camera, photo library, or file permissions in your device settings.
  • Unsubscribe from optional marketing using the instructions in the message.
  • Request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing us.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We may retain information where permitted or required for legal compliance, transaction records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or the rights of others.

Hive account deletion

9. How to delete your account

To request deletion of your Hive account and associated personal information, email info@relive3d.com from the email address connected to your account with the subject "Hive Account Deletion Request."

  1. Include your account email address and full name.
  2. We will contact you if additional verification is required.
  3. After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible account data and confirm completion.

Active orders may need to be completed, cancelled, or resolved before account deletion. We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal-compliance records where required or permitted by law. Deletion from protected backups may occur when those backups are routinely replaced.

Request account deletion

10. Children's privacy

Hive and our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit and manage any order involving a child's image or information. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required.
